1. Do I find the same products from Omakoru`s webpage than from the store?
We update products to our web catalog as often as possible. There are, however, a lot of products in our store, that are necessarily not shown in our web catalog.
If you are looking for a certain product, please inquire it by e-mail. It is also possible to order through us almost all kinds of jewellery supplies and materials with affordable price.
2. Is the information on webpage up to date?
We try to keep the information on our webpage as up to date as possible. However, it is not always possible because of the hurry.
We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please notice that you can see on the web catalog also products that are out of stock, but they are marked as
"temporarily out of stock". In that case should rather not order them, even though the system allows it.
3. Do the products have the same price on webpage, in exhibitions and in the store?
Yes. The prices shown are the retail prices. For wholesale prices, please ask for offer by e-mail.
4. How can I register to Omakoru?

5. How do I get regular customer`s discount?
Please take a look at our webpage`s Omakoru club.
6. How do I pay my order?
After you have done your order on our web catalog, we send you an offer/invoice by e-mail, which includes possible discounts and delivery costs.
You accept the offer by paying the total sum to our account with the reference number attached to the offer. If you decide not to pay the offer/invoice,
the offer will be cancelled automatically.
7. Which are the orders delivery costs?
Delivery costs are calculated according to the order`s weight.
8. How is the order delivered?
We send smaller orders in soft envelopes and bigger orders as parcels. With parcels we send customer the parcel tracking number by e-mail.
9. How fast is the order delivered?
We will send your order immediately after we see your payment on our bank account. This might take a couple of working days.
If you want to get your order faster you can email us (to invoice(at)omakoru.net) a copy of your payment receipt.
All letters are sent as first class. In Finland, they should arrive in one working day. Outside of Finland, they will take couple of days. For parcels the delivery takes about three working days in Finland. Outside of Finland, they will take about a week.
10. How do I check my order status?
When the order is "Pending", it means that we are working on it. When it shows "Ready", it means that your order has been shipped.
11. How do I return products?
You have a right to return the products within 14 days from receiving the delivery. In Finland we have a customer return contract with local post, so you can leave your return in any post office with our company name.
Delivery costs will not be returned and products have to be in original condition. If you are outside of Finland, please contact us first by e-mail.
12. What kind of guarantee do products have?
We guarantee that products have no faults when they are sent. If products are damaged during the delivery,
the customer has a right to return them without any charge and get them replaced with same or similar products.
